After a final touch-base during the week of your event, we will arrive fully equipped with the booth, printer, backdrop, props, and a professional attendant. Your guests can enjoy instant physical prints and securely scan a QR code or enter their email to receive their own images.

Your privacy is important to us. We do not store or track guest data. We follow applicable privacy laws, and images are shared with the host through a private master link delivered within two business days.

Yes, a reservation deposit is required to officially secure your photo booth and event date. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to a new date, subject to the availability of our booth and staff. We recommend contacting our team as soon as possible so we can check the calendar and help you find a suitable date.

We do not accept tips or food/vendor meals. Our main focus is making your event unforgettable!

Every package we offer includes a baseline of premium features to help make your event a success. Regardless of the tier you choose, you will receive three hours of photo booth service, premium backdrops, high-quality props, and a professional on-site attendant. Your guests can also enjoy instant digital sharing via email and QR codes.

Physical print quantities vary by package tier, but we are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for you and your guests.

Our photo booth rental team will review the setup requirements with you before the event. The selected area should have level flooring, suitable access, reliable power, and enough space for guests to enter and exit comfortably.

• 🏠 Indoor Space Only: The booth cannot be operated outdoors.
• ♿ Step-Free Access: An elevator or ramp is required. We cannot carry the booth up or down stairs.
• 📸 Smart Placement: A corner or wall-facing spot is ideal. When possible, we prefer to set up right outside the hall.
• 🌐 Internet/Signal: Stable Wi-Fi or strong cellular service is required for live text and email sharing.

We are a fully licensed and commercially insured business. For your peace of mind and venue compliance, we carry $2,000,000 in Commercial General Liability (CGL) coverage per occurrence, with a $5,000,000 general aggregate limit.

Our policy also features Primary and Non-Contributory Insurance, meaning our coverage handles photo booth-related incidents directly. We are happy to provide our Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.
